THE STADIUM IN A NUT SHELL
The Saputo Stadium represents a turning point in the history of the sport in
Quebec, as well as the next logical step in the promotion and development of
soccer in the province, which is also the Montreal Impact’s main mission. It
will host all Montreal Impact home games, as well as other soccer events,
including regional, provincial, national and international matches. With its
unique setting thanks to its accessibility and significant sports legacy, the
Saputo Stadium will transform the fans’ experience during games.
The Builders of the Saputo Stadium
In the construction project of Saputo Stadium, three major partners teamed up
with the club to demonstrate their commitment towards Quebec soccer during one
of its most historical and significant moments.
La Cage aux sports, Metro and Maple Lodge Farms have become the Saputo Stadium
Builders. La Cage aux Sports, a new Impact partner, is the exclusive food
concessionary of Saputo Stadium. Furthermore, la Cage is also responsible of
the catering service in the corporate boxes, corporate marquees, as well as
during all Impact VIP events.
Metro, also a new Impact partner, animates the “Metro East grandstand” and also
takes part in the club’s public practices. Maple Lodge Farms is a longstanding
partner of the Impact, ensuring a presence in many community-related events
held by the club. Maple Lodge Farms is also the offi cial sausage provider of
the Impact, which is served each year to thousands of fans.
More than establishing a partnership with the club for many seasons to come, the
Saputo Stadium Builders have built with the Impact the stadium that will become
the flagship of Quebec soccer. La Cage aux sports, Metro and Maple Lodge Farms
are now part of the province’s soccer history: together, we’re building for the
future.
